摘要
目的:了解2021-2022学年上海外冈社区中小学生视力不良及近视情况,为制定青少年近视防控提供依据。方法:采用普查的方法对上海外冈社区2021-2022学年在校的中、小学生进行视力和屈光检查。共完成检查5538人次。其中男生2971人次,女生2567人次;小学阶段人数4216人次,初中阶段1322人次。结果:上海外冈镇中、小学生视力不良检出率为56.45%,近视的总检出率为41.37%;小学生和中学生视力不良检出率和近视检出率的差异均有统计学意义(50.33%比75.95%和32.02%比71.18%,均P<0.001);男生和女生的视力不良检出率的差异有统计学意义(53.92%比59.37%,P<0.001);不同年级的视力不良率和近视检出率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论:上海外冈社区中、小学生视力问题不容乐观,且呈现低龄化趋势,近视防控关口应提前至一年级甚至学龄前阶段,需要全社会、学校、医疗机构、家庭等多方面共同努力,有针对性的开展近视防控工作。
Objective:To understand the poor vision and myopia in primary and middle school students in 2021-2022 academic year,and to provide a basis for the prevention and control of myopia among adolescents.Methods:The examination of vision and refraction in primary and middle school students in Waigang Community,Shanghai in 2021 and 2022 were taken with medical census methods.It finished 5538 person times.Among them,there were 2971 boys and 2567 girls;4216 were in primary schools and 1322 were in middle schools.Results:The detection rate of poor vision in primary and middle school students of Waigang Community,Shanghai was 56.45%,and the total detection rate of myopia was 41.37%;the difference in the detection rate of poor vision and myopia in primary and middle school students was statistically significant(50.33%vs 75.95%,32.02%vs 71.18%,P<0.001);there was the statistical significance in the detection rate of poor vision in boys and girls was(53.92%vs 59.37%,P<0.001);there was statistical difference in detection rate of poor vision and myopia in different grades(P<0.001).Conclusion:The vision problem in primary and middle school students in Waigang Community,Shanghai is not optimistic,and it shows a trend of younger age,the prevention and control of myopia should advance to first grade or even the preschool stage,which requires the joint efforts of the whole society,schools,medical institutions,families and other aspects to carry out targeted prevention and control of myopia.
