摘要
目的观察情感支持结合心理支持在急诊意外伤害患者中的应用情况。方法研究对象源自我院2020年9月至2022年9月期间急诊科所收治意外伤害患者共计100例。按照双盲法分组,对照组、观察组均50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施情感支持联合心理支持。观察患者焦虑、抑郁程度、睡眠情况及满意度。结果两组患者干预前的焦虑、抑郁评分相当,P>0.05,与干预前的各项评分相比,干预后均降低,且观察组各项评分低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。干预前,两组睡眠质量相当,P>0.05,与干预前的睡眠质量各项分值及总分相比,干预后均下降,且观察组各项分值及总分下降幅度大于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。与对照组(84.00)%的满意度相比,观察组(96.00)%明显提升,差异显著,P<0.05。结论情感支持联合心理支持能够减轻急诊意外伤害患者的焦虑、抑郁情况,提升患者睡眠质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective To observe the use of emotional and psychological assistance in emergency patients with accidental injuries.Methods From September 2020 to September 2022,100 patients with unintentional injuries were admitted to our hospital's emergency department.The 50 cases were separated into two groups using the double-blind method:control and observation.The control group received standard nursing,while the observation group received both emotional and psychological care.Anxiety,depression,sleep,and contentment levels were all measured.Results The anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were comparable before intervention(P>0.05),but dropped after intervention when compared to the scores before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Prior to intervention,the two groups'sleep quality was comparable(P>0.05).The sleep quality of the two groups declined after intervention when compared to the scores and total scores of the sleep quality before intervention,and the score and total scores of the observation group decreased more than the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05.Compared with the control group(84.00)%,the satisfaction of the observation group(96.00)%was significantly improved,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional and psychological care combined can reduce anxiety and sadness,enhance sleep quality,and increase patient satisfaction in patients with emergency accident injuries.
