摘要
目的了解高校MSM社会支持、性化药物使用和危险性行为的现况,并分析三者的关系。方法2020年12月至2021年3月,以广州市疾病预防控制中心为研究现场,采用偶遇抽样结合同伴推动抽样法(RDS)招募高校MSM,并对其进行匿名问卷调查,收集调查对象社会支持、性化药物使用和危险性行为的相关信息,采用二分类非条件Logistic回归模型分析三者间的关系。结果360名调查对象中49.7%(179人)的社会支持水平较低,50.3%(181人)社会支持水平较高;近6个月,47.2%(170人)的调查对象曾有性化药物使用;72.5%(261人)曾有危险性行为。多因素分析显示,高校MSM社会支持是性化药物使用的保护因素(OR=0.55,95%CI:0.36~0.83),社会支持是危险性行为的保护因素(OR=0.25,95%CI:0.15~0.42),性化药物使用是危险性行为的危险因素(OR=3.46,95%CI:2.08~5.75)。结论社会支持的提高能够降低高校MSM性化药物使用和危险性行为的发生率,学校、家庭和同伴等社会支持网络应形成合力,为该群体构建全方位的HIV感染危险行为干预体系。
Objective To investigate the status of social support,sexualized drug use and risky sexual behavior among men who have sex with men(MSM)in colleges,and to analyze the relationships between the three.Methods From December 2020 to March 2021,the Guangzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention was selected as the study site to recruit MSM from colleges by chance sampling combined with respondent-driven sampling(RDS),and an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted.Informations about social support,sexualized drug use and risky sexual behavior were collected.A binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationships between the three.Results Among the 360 respondents,49.7%(179)had a low level of social support and 50.3%(181)had a high level.In the last 6 months,47.2%(170)of the respondents had engaged in sexualized drug use,and 72.5%(261)of the respondents had risky sexual behaviors.Multivariate analysis showed that social support in college MSM was a protective factor for sexualized drug use(OR=0.55,95%CI:0.36-0.83),social support was a protective factor for risky sexual behavior(OR=0.25,95%CI:0.15-0.42),and sexualized drug use was a risk factor for risky sexual behavior(OR=3.46,95%CI:2.08-5.75).Conclusions Improvement of social support can reduce the incidence of sexualized drug use and risky sexual behavior among college MSM.Social support networks such as schools,families and peers should take a synergistic action to build a comprehensive HIV risk behavior intervention system for the targeted group.
