摘要
轮式破碎机应用在煤矿井下顺槽巷道,与刮板转载机配合使用,用于大煤块的破碎,该设备的实际应用已相对成熟,但破碎锤头冲击速度与物料破碎效果匹配性问题还没有得到有效研究。因此,研制了轮式破碎机等效性试验装置用于验证破碎锤头冲击速度对物料破碎效果的影响,从而得出破碎锤头最佳冲击速度,可为轮式破碎机的设计提供参考。
The wheel crusher is applied in the underground crossheading roadway of coal mine,in conjunction with the scraper transfer machine,for the crushing of large coal blocks.The actual application of this equipment is relatively mature,but the matching problem between the impact speed of the crushing hammer and the material crushing effect has not been effectively studied.Therefore,an equivalent testing device for wheel crusher has been developed to verify the impact speed of the crushing hammer on the material crushing effect,thereby obtains the optimal impact speed of the crushing hammer,which can provide reference for the design of wheel crusher.
