摘要
鲜食玉米产业是目前最具竞争优势和发展潜力的产业之一,粮食安全战略下发展鲜食玉米产业是落实乡村振兴战略、实现共同富裕的有力支撑,也是践行“大食物观”的重要举措。基于上海农产品价格监测系统以及消费者调研,分析了上海鲜食玉米产业的发展现状和存在的问题,提出了通过加强顶层设计、加快全产业链信息化平台建设、加强优质品种培育开发和关键育种技术创新应用、推进绿色生产技术推广、探索推进产业化经营、因地制宜推进产品研发和产业链延伸、打造有影响力的品牌,从而实现鲜食玉米产业高质量发展。
Fresh maize industry is one of the industries with the most competitive advantage and development potential in Shanghai,and the development of fresh maize industry under the food security strategy is a strong support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the Shanghai agricultural product price monitoring system and consumer research,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of the seafood maize industry in Shanghai,and proposes to achieve the high-quality development of the fresh maize industry by strengthening the top-level design,accelerating the construction of the whole industry chain information platform,strengthening the cultivation and development of high-quality varieties and the technological innovation and application of key breeding,promoting the promotion of green production technology,exploring and promoting industrialized operation,promoting product research and development and industrial chain extension according to local conditions,and building influential brands.
