摘要
目的:分析我国基层医疗卫生机构卫生技术人才结构,为结构调整和人才培养提供参考。方法:采用描述性统计分析法和结构分析法,对我国基层医疗卫生机构卫生技术人员的职业、年龄、学历以及职称变动情况进行分析。结果:执业(助理)医师、注册护士主要呈正向变动,药师(士)、技师等主要呈负向变动,各类卫生技术岗位比例有待优化;基层卫生技术人员年龄结构逐渐老化,但学历和职称结构不断优化。结论:创新基层卫生技术人才配置模式,优化基层卫生技术人员年龄结构,持续推进基层卫生技术人员学历提升和职称改革。
Objective To analyze the structure of health technical personnel in primary health care institutions,and to provide reference for the structure adjustment and personnel training.Methods Descriptive statistical analysis and structural analysis were used to analyze the changes of occupation,age,education and professional title of health technical personnel in primary health care institutions in China.Results The licensed(assistant)doctors and registered nurses mainly show positive changes,while pharmacists(assistant pharmacist)and technicians mainly show negative changes,and the proportion of various health technical posts needed to be optimized.The age structure of primary health technical personnel is gradually aging,but the structure of education and professional titles is constantly optimizing.Conclusion In order to further optimize the structure and allocation of health technical personnel in primary health care institutions,it is necessary to innovate the allocation mode of primary health technical personnel,optimize the age structure of primary health technical personnel,and continuously promote the improvement of educational qualifications and reform of professional titles for primary health technical personnel.
