摘要
文章旨在论证呼吸系统与呼吸系统疾病论治在中医学术体系下的分野、分部。首先从现代医学对呼吸系统实体的认识出发,结合现代中医学基础理论,汇通中医肺系病学藏象体系与现代医学认识的“肺泡系”“间质系”“气道系”的功能结构。其次依据本团队前期研究提出阴阳分法假说,利用此假说,辨正肺藏象诸多现有认识,并撷采新进研究,推演肺阳明象、肺少阳象、肺厥阴象,最终建构肺系三部假说及其论治体系:肺脏腑气化系统分“阳明肺气”“厥阴埏埴”“少阳橐龠”三部,阳明肺气是为气化之用阳,厥阴埏埴是为脏器之体阴,少阳橐龠是为气行之枢机。
This paper aims to discuss the division of respiratory system and the treatment of respiratory system diseases under the academic system of traditional Chinese medicine.First of all,this article embarks from western medicine of respiratory system entities,combined with modern Chinese medicine basic theory,analyzes the conjoint of pulmonary Zangxiang and the structure and function of the alveolar system,interstitial system and airway system,and puts forward the hypothesis of yin-yang division,then corrects the existing cognition of pulmonary Zangxiang,and puts forward the hypothesis of the lung Yangming image,the lung Shaoyang image and the lung Jueyin image,and finally puts forward the three-part hypotheses of the lung system and its treatment system which are"Yangming lung qi',Jueyin Shanzhi'and‘Shaoyang Tuoyue'.Yangming lung qi is the used yang for gasification.Jueyin Shanzhi is the yin of viscera,and Shaoyang Tuoyue is the pivot of flourishing qi.
