摘要
目的:探讨循经穴位艾灸在预防肿瘤化疗患者PICC导管相关性血栓及贫血的应用可行性。方法:选取广东祈福医院2021年4月至2022年12月肿瘤科收治的肿瘤化疗患者72例,其中5例患者资料缺失10%以上,均予以剔除,最终确定研究对象为67例,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组33例和观察组34例。对照组实施常规护理模式,观察组实施循经穴位艾灸护理模式。对比两组患者PICC导管相关性血栓发生率及血红蛋白水平。结果:干预前,两组患者血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)水平比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者PICC导管相关性血栓发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。观察组患者在当次化疗结束后的Hb水平无明显降低,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);对照组患者的Hb水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:肿瘤化疗患者应用常规护理及循经穴位艾灸护理两种模式的对比之下,循经穴位艾灸护理模式在降低患者PICC导管相关性血栓发生率、预防化疗引起的血红蛋白降低方面效果更佳。
Objective To explore the feasibility of meridian acupuncture moxibustion in the prevention of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter(PICC)catheter-related thrombosis and anemia in patients with tumor chemotherapy.Methods A total of 72 tumor chemotherapy patients admitted to oncology department of Guangdong Qifu Hospital from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected,among which 5 patients had more than 10%missing data and were eliminated.A total of 67 subjects were finally determined and divided into control group(33 cases)and observation group(34 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given acupoint moxibustion nursing.The incidence of PICC catheter-related thrombosis and Hemoglobin(Hb)levels were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in Hb level between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the incidence of PICC catheter-related thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Hb level in the observation group after the end of chemotherapy,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The Hb level of the control group was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with conventional nursing and acupoint moxibustion nursing in patients with tumor chemotherapy,acupoint moxibustion nursing model has better effect in reducing the incidence of PICC catheter-related thrombosis and preventing the decrease of Hb caused by chemotherapy.
