摘要
人才对于新时代乡村的发展起着至关重要的作用。但是,由于各种因素的影响,当前青海省乡村人才振兴面临着诸多困境,如难以引进人才、难以留住人才、基础设施建设亟待改善及本土乡村人才综合素质有待提升等。该文从青海省乡村人才现状出发,分析青海省乡村人才振兴面临的困境,提出相应的实践路径,为推动青海省乡村发展建言献策,助推青海省乡村振兴。
Talents play a vital role in the development of the countryside in the new era.However,due to the influence of various factors,the current revitalization of rural talents in Qinghai Province is facing many difficulties:difficult to introduce talents,difficult to retain talents,infrastructure construction needs to be improved,the comprehensive quality of local rural talents needs to be improved,and so on.Starting from the current situation of rural talents in Qinghai Province,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the revitalization of rural talents in Qinghai Province,and puts forward the corresponding practical paths,so as to make suggestions and suggestions for promoting the rural development of Qinghai Province and promote the rural revitalization of Qinghai Province.
