摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的全面实施,乡村进入到全新的发展进程中,为各领域带来新的机遇,也加快农村生态文明建设的进程,该文从乡村振兴的大背景下出发,阐述农村生态文明建设面临的现实困境,如农民生态意识淡薄、农村生态文明建设缺乏主体动力、相关法律制度及监管体系不够完善等。就这些困境有针对性地提出相关对策,并从教育、经济、人才和有关制度体系入手,倡导全方位多元化主体参与建设美丽乡村。
With the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the countryside has entered a new development process,which has brought new opportunities for various fields and accelerated the process of rural ecological civilization construction.Starting from the context of rural revitalization,this paper expounds the realistic difficulties faced by rural ecological civilization construction.For example,the farmers'ecological consciousness is weak,the rural ecological civilization construction lacks the main impetus,and the relevant legal system and supervision system are not perfect.In view of these difficulties,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures,and advocates all-directional and diversified subjects to participate in the construction of beautiful villages from the aspects of education,economy,talents and relevant systems.
