摘要
财务数字化发展是企业在数字经济背景下完成数字化转型的抓手,是突破企业管理困境的重要途径。财务数字化发展是通过数字技术完成财务活动的转型,进而支持企业部门业务管理,在数据共享的基础上,提高数据利用率,实现企业数字管理能力的跃升。通过分析发现现有的财务数字化存在欠缺公司战略支持、未明确转型主体、部门数据标准不一致阻碍数据共享以及无法满足企业精细化管理需求的弊端。基于此,本文提出了相应的改善策略,以推进财务数字化发展进程。
Financial digital development is the starting point for enterprises to complete the digital transformation under the background of digital economy,and it is an important way to break through the difficulties of enterprise management.Financial digital development is to complete the transformation of financial activities through digital technology,and then to support the enterprise sector business management.On the basis of data sharing,improve the data utilization rate,and achieve the leap of enterprise digital management ability.Through the analysis,it is found that the existing financial digitalization has the disadvantages of lacking company strategic support,no clear transformation subject,inconsistent department data standards hindering data sharing,and unable to meet the needs of fine management of enterprises.Based on this,this paper proposes corresponding improvement strategies to promote the development process of financial digitalization.
