摘要
电机端盖是电机的重要组成部分,在传统技术背景下,电机零部件加工属于典型的劳动密集型产业,随着电机产量的逐年增加,用工需求与劳动力短缺的矛盾开始逐渐显现。为提升电机端盖生产效率,对其生产流程的自动化加工方法进行研究具有一定现实意义。该文结合相关文献及工业生产实践,从电机端盖加工工艺分析角度出发,设计较为完善的生产线加工工艺,并计算生产节拍、设备负荷系数,最终进行电机端盖生产流程自动化系统整体方案设计及具体工艺设计。通过实践验证发现,与传统人-机结合加工工艺相比,该方法能够提升35%左右的生产产量。希望该文的研究内容能够为电机及类似机械设备零部件的自动化加工设计提供一定理论支持。
Motor end cover is an important part of motor.Under the background of traditional technology,motor parts processing is a typical labor-intensive industry.With the increase of motor output year by year,the contradiction between labor demand and labor shortage begins to appear.In order to improve the production efficiency of motor end cover,it is of practical significance to study the automatic processing method of motor end cover production process.In this paper,combined with the relevant literature and industrial production practice,from the point of view of motor end cover processing technology analysis,a relatively perfect processing technology of the production line is designed,and the production beat and equipment load coefficient are calculated.Finally,the overall scheme design and specific process design of motor end cover production process automation system are carried out.Through practice,it is found that,compared with the traditional man-machine combined processing technology,this method can increase the production output by about 35%.It is hoped that the research content of this paper can provide some theoretical support for the automatic machining design of motor and similar mechanical equipment parts.
