摘要
该文利用耦合模理论和传输矩阵法,对SOI基光计算中的基本单元——单微环谐振器的传递函数做推导计算,得到传递函数表达式,并给出微环谐振器传递函数推导的一般方法。通过仿真,分析振幅衰减系数α和耦合因子k对微环谐振器基本单元滤波特性的影响。从滤波特性的角度,简单介绍SOI基微环谐振器在光通信、光计算及生物传感器领域的代表性研究方向。
In this paper,the transfer function of single micro-ring resonator,which is the basic unit in SOI-based optical calculation,is derived and calculated by using coupled mode theory and transfer matrix method,the expression of transfer function is obtained,and the general method of deriving the transfer function of micro-ring resonator is given.Through simulation,the effects of amplitude attenuation coefficient and coupling factor k on the filtering characteristics of the basic unit of micro-ring resonator are analyzed.From the point of view of filter characteristics,the representative research directions of SOI-based microring resonators in the fields of optical communication,optical computing and biosensors are briefly introduced.
