摘要
多元联动、全程覆盖、形式多元的联合培养模式是培养高素质专业化新型军事人才的有效途径。首先分析了传统的联教联训、实习见习等联合培养模式中存在的问题;其次基于军官军士的成长路径,从成长阶段、合作平台、培养方式等方面构建了新时代军事人才联合培养模式体系架构,分析了新模式特点,并提出了新模式建设要点;最后对作为新模式实施主体的教员队伍建设工作进行了研究,为开展新时代军事人才联合培养工作、提升军事人才培养质效提供参考。
The joint training mode of multi-linkage,full-process coverage and diversified forms is an effective way to cultivate high-quality and specialised new military talents.This paper analyses the problems existing in the current joint training model,such as joint teaching and training,realization.Then the system structure of the joint training model of military talents in the new era is built based on researching growth stage,cooperation platform and cultivation method.Analysis the characteristic of new mode is made and the key contents of construction are put forward.Finally it expounds the ways of faculty construction in the new model.The paper provides a reference for carrying out the joint training of military talents in the new era and improving the quality and efficiency of military talent training.
