PET4A改性PP/PLA复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 选用季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯(PET4A)接枝改性聚丙烯,再与聚乳酸(PLA)共混,基于两步法熔融共混工艺制备得到改性聚丙烯/PLA(m-PP/PLA)复合材料。考察了m-PP/PLA复合材料结晶行为、热学性能、力学性能、流变性能、微观形貌的影响因素。结果表明:含有接枝改性后的PP与PLA共混后能够明显地提高复合材料的相容性和结晶度,进而提高复合材料的力学性能。当PET4A添加质量为2%,引发剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)质量含量为0.05%时,复合材料结晶度达42.0%,综合力学性能最佳,冲击强度和拉伸强度比纯PP/PLA分别提升了25.96%和27.25%。 In this study,pentaerythritol tetraacrylate(PET4A)was used to graft and modify polypropylene(PP),and then blended with polylactic acid(PLA)to obtain modified PP/PLA(m-PP/PLA)composites by two-step melt blending process.The factors affecting crystallization behavior,thermal properties,mechanical properties,rheological properties and microstructure of m-PP/PLA composites were investigated.The results showed that the compatibility and crystallinity of the composites were significantly improved by blending the grafted and modified PP with PLA,thereby enhancing the mechanical properties of the composites.When the content of PET4A was 2wt%and the content of DCP was 0.05wt%,the crystallinity of the composite reached 42.0%,and the integrated mechanical properties were the best,with the impact strength and tensile strength improved by 25.96%and 27.25%,respectively,compared to those of pure PP/PLA.
