摘要
乳腺增生症是女性常见乳腺疾病,刘磊副教授认为气机失调是乳腺增生症发病的基础,脏腑气机失调是主要病机,而全身气机失调是乳腺增生症发病的重要条件,两者皆贯穿乳腺增生症疾病始终,其主张以调理气机为大法,配合疏肝、理脾、化痰、活血等治疗措施治疗乳腺增生症,往往取得良效。本文就乳腺增生症进行总结,阐述刘磊副教授的理论依据及治疗经验,并附验案一则。
Hyperplasia of mammary glands(HMG) is a common breast disease in women.Associate Professor Liu Lei believes that the disorder of qi movement is the basis of the pathogenesis of HMG.The disorder of qi movement in zang-fu organs is the root cause of HMG,while that in the whole body is a major condition for the occurrence of HMG,both of which run through the course of HMG.Regarding the treatment of HMG,he proposes regulating qi movement as the principle,which can be combined with soothing liver,regulating spleen,resolving phlegm and activating blood,and has achieved satisfactory treatment results.This article summarizes the theoretical basis and experience of Associate Professor Liu Lei in the treatment of HMG,with a case as an example.
