摘要
试车台控制系统是对航空发动机进行最终检测的重要手段,可以检验发动机的性能和质量,保证发动机的安全可靠。本文首先给出试车台控制系统的总体设计方案,包括系统组成、功能和架构;再详细介绍控制系统的硬件设计,包括PLC、传感器、电源模块等的选型及电路设计;接着阐述数据采集子系统的设计;最后说明了控制系统的软件设计,包括PLC和上位机之间的控制流程设计。旨在提高试车台控制系统的性能和效率,降低试车成本和风险。
The test bench control system is an important means for the final test of the aero-engine,which can test the performance and quality of the engine and ensure the safety and reliability of the engine.This paper firstly gives the overall design scheme of the test bench control system,including the system composition,function and structure.Then the hardware design of the control system is introduced in detail,including the selection of PLC,sensor,power module and circuit design.Then the design of data acquisition subsystem is described.Finally,the software design of the control system is explained,including the control flow design between PLC and upper computer.The aim is to improve the performance and efficiency of test bench control system and reduce the cost and risk of test.
