南昌市市域现代测绘基准体系建设与关键技术

摘要 为保障城市市域的城乡共同建设发展,很多城市迫切需要建设市域现代测绘基准体系。南昌市市域现代测绘基准体系建设项目充分利用已有测绘基础设施与成果,通过新建、整合、改造、完善等方式建立了集平面、高程、重力信息于一体的南昌市市域高精度实用三维现代测绘基准体系,实现了市域覆盖、动静结合、邻域关联;同时研究了GNSS和水准观测的同期性、GNSS数据处理以及大地水准面计算等关键技术,可为国内城市建立市域现代测绘基准体系提供参考。 In order to ensure the urban-rural co-construction development,there is a great need for many cities to build a modern urban surveying and mapping benchmark system.We made full use of the existing surveying and mapping infrastructure and achievements,and set up a high-pre-cision,practical,3D modern surveying and mapping benchmark system in Nanchang through new construction,integration,renovation and im-provement,which integrated the information of plane,elevation and gravity,achieving the urban coverage,dynamic and static combination and neighborhood correlation.At the same time,we studied some key technologies,such as the synchronization of GNSS and leveling observation,GNSS data processing and geoid calculation,which could provide reference for the modern urban surveying and mapping benchmark system con-struction in domestic cities.
