摘要
应用型高校新商科开放性实验是推动应用型高校发展的有效途径,学科竞赛是应用型高校新商科开放性实验的重要形式。同时,应用型高校新商科开放性实验也为学生开展学科竞赛搭建良好的平台。在此基础上,探讨学科竞赛驱动应用型高校新商科开放性实验的内在机理,并以“数字化人力资源管理智能仿真大赛”为例,从开放性实验项目的设计与实施两个方面,探讨了学科竞赛驱动应用型高校新商科开放性实验的现实应用,以培养应用型高校新商科学生的创新思维与实践应用能力,同时也促使学科竞赛成为应用型高校培养创新性人才的有效途径。
The open experiment of new business in applied universities is an effective way to promote the development of applied universities,and the discipline competition is an important form of the open experiment of new business in applied universities.At the same time,the open experiment of new business in applied universities also builds a good platform for students to carry out subject competitions.On this basis,the internal mechanism of discipline competition driving the open experiment of new business in application-oriented universities is discussed.Taking the"intelligent simulation competition of digital human resource management"as an example,this paper discusses the practical application of discipline competition driving the open experiment of new business in applied universities from two aspects of the design and implementation of open experiment projects,so as to cultivate the innovative thinking and practical application ability of new business students in applied universities,and also promote the discipline competition to become an effective way to cultivate innovative talents in applied universities.
