摘要
介绍了某公司离子膜烧碱装置中一次盐水精制工序的运行现状,通过对比一、二线一次盐水精制工序的运行情况,分析了一次盐水精制过程中反应时间对管线和设备结垢速率的影响,提出降低结垢速率的措施。
The operational status of the primary brine refining process in a company's ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant was introduced.By comparing the operation of the first line and the second line primary brine refining processes,the influence of reaction time on the scaling rate of pipelines and equipment in the process of primary brine refining was analyzed.The measures to reduce the scaling rate were proposed.
