摘要 乳腺癌是全球女性常见的癌症之一,术前新辅助化疗可缩小肿瘤、降低临床分期和减轻腋窝淋巴结转移负荷。近年来,人工智能技术日趋成熟,本研究就基于超声的人工智能在乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效预测的研究作一综述,并讨论其发展面临的挑战。 Breast cancer is one of the common cancers in women worldwide.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy prior to surgery can reduce tumor size,shorten the clinical stage and lessen axillary lymph node metastasis burden.In recent years,artificial intelligence technology has become increasingly mature.This study reviewed the research on ultrasound based artificial intelligence in the prediction of neoadjuvant chemotherapy efficacy for breast cancer.In addition,the challenges and future prospects of its development were also discussed.
