摘要 针对配电网中新增的分布式电源、电动汽车快充站等新型源荷储元素,提出了一种考虑“N−1”转供对于配电设备容量配置要求的台区柔性互联系统优化配置方法。首先,简要介绍了互联系统的基本概念与应用前景;然后,以固定资产投资与设备电能损耗构成的综合成本最小为目标,建立了包含“N−1”转供约束的互联系统优化配置模型;最后,通过相关算例的对比分析,验证了互联系统在增强供电可靠性、提高设备容量利用率、降低配电系统损耗、提升分布式电源接纳能力等方面的有效性。 For source-load-storage elements such as distributed generations and electric vehicle fast-charging stations are added to the distribution network,this paper proposes an optimal configuration method for flexible interconnection system of transformers considering the capacity requirements of distribution equipment for“N−1”load transfer.Firstly,the basic concepts and application prospects of the interconnected system are briefly introduced.Then,with the objective of minimizing the comprehensive cost consisting of fixed assets investment and equipment power loss,an optimal configuration model of the interconnected system with“N−1”transfer constraints is established.Finally,the effectiveness in enhancing the power supply reliability,improving the equipment capacity availability,reducing the distribution system losses,and improving the distributed generation accommodation capacity of the interconnection system is verified through comparative analysis of relevant arithmetic cases.
