摘要
近年来,随着口腔医学基础理论和手术技术的发展,越来越多的医生和患者选择自体牙移植作为缺失牙的修复方法。自体牙移植治疗成功后,患者可获得具有牙本体感觉的天然牙修复效果,与其它修复方法相比具有很大的优势。但由于自体牙移植治疗技术敏感性高,同时要求医生具备良好的全科操作技能,且诊治过程中的影响因素较多,目前该方法的临床应用并不广泛。为了能够给患者提供更多的优秀治疗方案,需要对影响预后的因素进行分析和优化,并通过一系列方法降低手术操作难度,以提高自体牙移植治疗的成功率,并加以推广应用。本文就自体牙移植治疗的预后影响因素与改善措施进行分析和讨论。
In recent years,with the development of fundamental theories of stomatology and surgical techniques,more and more doctors and patients have chosen autologous tooth transplantation as the restoration method for missing teeth.After the successful treatment of tooth autotransplantation,patients can obtain the restoration effect of natural teeth with the feeling of tooth proprioception,which has significant advantages compared with other restoration methods.However,due to the high technique demand of tooth autotransplantation,the requirement for doctors to have good general practice skills,and many influencing factors in the diagnosis and treatment process,the current clinical application of this method is limited.To provide patients with more excellent treatment options,it is necessary to analyze and optimize the factors that affect prognosis and reduce the operation difficulty through a series of methods to improve the success rate of tooth autotransplantation and promote its application.This paper analyzes and discusses the prognostic factors and improvement measures of tooth autotransplantation.
