摘要
时至今日,马克思《〈政治经济学批判〉导言》(以下简称《导言》)中关于生产-分配关系论述对当代社会正确处理初次分配、第二次分配、第三次分配(以下简称“三次分配”)之间关系、实现共同富裕仍能给予重要启示。从政治经济学演进历程和中国现实来看,关注《导言》所阐释的生产-分配关系具有不容忽视的时代必要性。在充分梳理《导言》对过往古典政治经济学中生产-分配关系“浅薄的理解”的批判后,才能更加明确马克思对生产-分配关系内在理论范畴的重构。结合我国分配改革实际,立足马克思本人在《导言》中的理论突破基础,得出三点时代启示:生产范畴要主导分配范畴;在有机联系中把握“三次分配”;明确“三次分配”的社会历史性。以上述三点启示为基础,确立了三条实践路径,分别是推动分配范畴与生产范畴有机结合的首要路径、完善“三次分配”管理体系的保障路径和推进公有制建设的根本路径,为推进中国式现代化提供“理论通衢”。
To this day,the discussion on the production-distribution relationship in Marx′s Introduction to Critique of Political Economy(hereinafter referred to as Introduction)can still provide important insights for contemporary society to correctly handle the relationship between primary distribution,redistribution,and tertiary distribution(hereinafter referred to as"three forms of distributions")and achieve common prosperity.From the perspective of the evolution of political economy and the reality of China,it is necessary to pay attention to the production-distribution relationship explained in the Introduction.Only after thoroughly sorting out the criticism of the"shallow understanding"of the production-distribution relationship in classical political economy in the Introduction can Marx′s reconstruction of the internal theoretical category of the production-distribution relationship be made clearer.Based on the actual distribution reform in China and Marx′s theoretical breakthrough in the Introduction,three contemporary inspirations are drawn:the production category needs to dominate the distribution category,"three forms of distributions"should be grasped in organic connections,and the social and historical significance of"three forms of distributions"must be clarified.Based on the above three enlightenments,three practical paths have been established,namely,the first path to promote the organic combination of distribution and production,the guarantee path to improve the"three forms of distributions"management system,and the fundamental path to promote the construction of public ownership,which provides a"theoretical thoroughfare"to promote Chinese path to modernization.
