摘要
目前,煤矿井下生产工作大多通过煤矿机电设备来完成,为保证机电设备能够正常运行,还应定期维护设备。矿井下的作业环境差、机电设备工作时间长、超负荷运转,极易造成机电设备故障,从而对煤矿生产造成不良影响。因此,针对机电设备故障应当及时处理,诊断故障发生的原因,并分析机电设备常见故障以及相应的诊断技术。根据实际情况确定设备维修技术和应对措施,可有效地降低机电设备故障发生率。
At present,most underground production work in coal mines is completed through coal mine electromechanical equipment.In order to ensure the normal operation of electromechanical equipment,regular maintenance of equipment should also be carried out.The working environment under the mine is poor,and the electromechanical equipment works for a long time and operates at an overload,which can easily cause electromechanical equipment faults,thereby causing adverse effects on coal mine production.Therefore,timely handling of electromechanical equipment faults,diagnosing the causes of faults,and analyzing common faults of electromechanical equipment as well as corresponding diagnostic techniques should be carried out.Determining equipment maintenance techniques and response measures based on actual situations can effectively reduce the incidence of electromechanical equipment faults.
