AP1000核电厂核能供热系统热工建模及瞬态分析

摘要 某核电厂一期投运的两台AP1000机组,率先实现核能供热(热电联产)试点,在提升了核电厂热效率的同时,也减少了排放到环境中的乏热。随着一期工程450万平方米市政供热工程的投运,有必要结合核电厂、首站及市政管网系统,开展仿真分析,为核电厂供热运行提供指导。采用APROS热工软件,建立了基于全厂级的负荷预测算法的核电厂供热模型,并进行了跳双泵、加热器隔离等瞬态工况分析,保证当前核电厂供热系统安全运行。 The two AP1000 units put into operation in the first phase of a nuclear power plant took the lead in realizing the pilot of nuclear energy heating(Combined heat and power production),which not only improved the thermal efficiency of the nuclear power plant,but also reduced the waste heat discharged into the environment.With the commissioning of the 4.5 million spuare meters municipal heating project of the first phase,it is necessary to carry out simulation analysis in combination with the nuclear power plant,the first station and the municipal pipe network system to provide guidance for the heating operation of the nuclear power plant based on a plant-wide.In this paper,APROS software is used to establish a nuclear power plant heating model based on load prediction algorithm,and to analyze transient conditions such as double-pump jumping and heater isolation,to ensure the safe operation of the current nuclear energy heating system.
