无人机载多组分气体分析仪的研制

摘要 目前常规地面大气监测手段多采用在线式监测设备或手持便携式设备,难以在高空、复杂、危险环境下进行监测,也难以应对环境突发事件,为此研制出一款基于无人机平台的移动式多组分气体分析仪。介绍了总体设计、硬件设计、软件设计和结构设计的方案,分析了高空环境空气流速、空气湿度、气流扰动、通信可靠性、结构可靠性等对分析结果的影响。实验及第三方机构检测表明,该分析仪可同时检测多种气体,具有测量精度高、实时性及稳定性好等优点。 Currently,it uses online monitoring equipment or hand-held portable devices in most conventional ground atmospheric monitoring methods,which makes it difficult to monitor in high altitude,complex and dangerous environments,and to respond to environmental emergencies.Therefore,a mobile multi-component gas analyzer based on a drone platform has been developed.The overall design,hardware design,software design,and structural design schemes are introduced.The effects of high altitude ambient air velocity,air humidity,airflow disturbances,communica-tion reliability,and structural reliability on the analysis results are analyzed.Experiments and third-party testing have shown that the analyzer can detect multiple gases simultaneously,with advantages such as high measurement accuracy,real-time performance and good stability.
