摘要
目的 调查失能老人照顾质量及专职陪护人员的营养素养情况,分析两者相关性及专职陪护人员对失能老人照顾质量的影响。方法 采用整群抽样方法,于2022年2月至5月对某养老院失能老人482例及同时照顾老人的专职陪护人员264例进行问卷调查。调查工具包括陪护人员和患者两部分,专职陪护人员采用一般资料调查表和照顾者营养素养量表,失能老人采用照护质量量表,采用Pearson相关性分析探讨专职陪护人员营养素养与失能老人照护质量相关性,采用多元逐步回归分析,分析失能老人照护质量的影响因素。结果 专职陪护人员营养素养总均分为(124.17±18.67)分,失能老人照顾质量总均分为(24.64±3.52)分;专职陪护人员的营养素养各维度与失能老人照护质量呈正相关,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);失能老人的失能程度、文化程度、经济来源,专职陪护人员的营养素养各维度为失能老人照护质量的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 失能老人的照护质量有待提高,专职陪护人员的营养素养越高,对失能老人的照护质量越好。
Objective To investigate and to analyze the correlation between the quality of care for the disabled elderly and the nutritional literacy of caregivers,and to explore the influence of full-time caregivers on the quality of care for the disabled elderly.Methods From February to May 2022,the cluster sampling was used to investigate 482 disabled elderly and 264 full-time caregivers in a nursing home.The survey tools included caregivers and patients.The general information questionnaire and caregiver Nutrition Literacy Scale were used for full-time caregivers.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between the nutritional literacy of full-time caregivers and the quality of care for the disabled elderly.Multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the quality of care for the disabled elderly.Results The average score of nutrition literacy of full-time caregivers was(124.17±18.67),and the score of care quality of disabled elderly was(24.64±3.52).The dimensions of nutritional literacy of full-time caregivers were positively correlated with the quality of care for the disabled elderly,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Disability degree,education level,economic source,and nutritional literacy of full-time caregivers were the influencing factors of the quality of care for the disabled elderly(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of care for the disabled elderly needs to be improved.The higher the nutritional literacy of full-time caregivers,the better the quality of care for the disabled elderly.
