摘要
目的探讨自拟天麻白术汤联合针刺治疗周围性眩晕患者的效果。方法选取我院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的142例周围性眩晕患者,随机分为对照A组、对照B组和观察组各48例。对照A组采用静滴甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗,对照B组针刺百会、风池、双侧夹脊穴辨证取穴治疗,观察组在对照B组基础上采用自拟天麻白术汤联合针刺治疗。比较三组患者的临床疗效和眩晕障碍改善情况。结果观察组的总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照A组的66.67%和对照B组的60.41%(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组的眩晕障碍评定量表(DHI)评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组的DHI评分明显低于对照A组和对照B组(P<0.05)。结论自拟天麻白术汤联合针刺治疗周围性眩晕患者的效果显著,可明显改善患者的眩晕障碍。
Objective To explore the effect of self-made Tianma Baizhu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with peripheral vertigo.Methods 142 cases of patients with peripheral vertigo admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group A,control group B and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group A was treated with intravenous infusion of betahistine mesylate,the control group B was treated with acupuncture at Baihui,Fengchi,and bilateral Jiaji acupoints based on syndrome differentiation,and the observation group was treated with self-made Tianma Baizhu decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group B.The clinical efficacy and improvement of dizziness disorder were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group A and 60.41%of the control group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the DHI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Self-made Tianma Baizhu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with peripheral vertigo has significant effect,and can significantly improve the dizziness disorderof patients.
