摘要 采用立磨粉磨方式生产水泥被认为是更加节能和环保的生产方式,但立磨粉磨方式对水泥性能是否产生影响目前尚不清晰。本文通过测试水泥净浆、水泥胶砂及混凝土的流动性,研究立磨粉磨方式对水泥性能的影响,并进一步测试立磨粉磨水泥的标准稠度需水量、粒度分布和颗粒形貌。结果表明:采用立磨粉磨方式生产的水泥的性能与辊压机+球磨联合粉磨生产的水泥的性能基本一致;两种水泥的颗粒分布趋势类似,扫描电镜显示立磨粉磨水泥和辊压机+球磨联合粉磨水泥的颗粒表观形貌大部分均为块状颗粒;立磨粉磨水泥的粒度分布比联合粉磨水泥的粒度略宽,早期水化放热量更少,从而保证了采用立磨粉磨水泥的标准稠度需水量更少,制备的水泥基材料流动性更好。 The use of vertical mill grinding for cement production is considered to be a more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly production method,but it is not clear whether vertical mill grinding has an impact on cement properties.This paper investigates the effect of vertical mill grinding method on cement properties by testing the fluidity of cement net paste,cementitious sand,concrete,and further testing the standard consistency water demand,particle size distribution,particle morphology of cement ground by vertical mill.The results show that the performance of cement produced by vertical mill grinding method is basically the same as that of cement produced by roller ball mill combined grinding;the particle distribution trends of the two cements are similar,and scanning electron microscopy showes that most of the particle surface morphology of both vertically ground cement and roller ball milled cement is lumpy;the particle size distribution of cement ground by vertical mill is slightly wider than that of jointly ground cement,and the early hydration heat release is less,thus ensuring that the standard consistency of cement ground by vertical mill requires less water and the cementitious materials produced have better fluidity.
