摘要
X射线因其具有穿透物质的能力,被广泛应用于工业和医学等领域来检测物质的内部结构。将X射线、计算机技术和图像重构技术相结合的X射线断层扫描(X-ray CT)是一种使用X射线扫描材料内部微观结构的非破坏性成像系统。水泥基材料的性能受到其内部各组分的特性及空间分布的强烈影响,然而在不破坏水泥基材料的情况下,很难表征其内部的化合物。采用X射线CT能够在不损坏样品的情况下研究水泥基材料内部的结构。结合国内外研究现状,论述X射线CT技术的基本原理,总结X射线CT在对水泥基材料孔隙结构、相位识别和密度、损伤和失效分析、纤维增强、时间演化等方面的应用现状,基于此,指出X射线CT在水泥基材料研究领域的局限及未来尚待深入研究的方向。
X-ray,due to its ability to penetrate materials,is widely used in various fields such as industry and medicine for the detection of internal structures of substances.X-ray computed tomography(X-ray CT),which combines X-ray technology,computer technology,and image reconstruction techniques,is a non-destructive imaging system that utilizes X-ray scanning to examine the internal microstructure of materials.The properties of cement-based materials are strongly affected by the properties and spatial distribution of the components inside.However,it is difficult to characterize the compounds inside the cement-based materials without destroying them.X-ray CT can be used to study the internal structure of cement-based materials without damaging the sample.Based on the current research situation at home and abroad,this paper discusses the basic principle of X-ray CT technology,and summarizes the application status of X-ray CT in the pore structure,phase identification and density,damage and failure analysis,fiber reinforcement,time evolution and other aspects of cement-based materials.The limitation of X-ray CT in the study of cement-based materials and the direction of further study are pointed out.
