摘要
为研究地下广场管道燃气的泄漏爆炸特性,针对阜新市地下广场燃气管道布置情况,利用FLACS软件模拟分析泄漏孔径和点火位置对燃气泄漏爆炸特性的时空影响规律,进而通过灾害效应分析制定防控技术措施。结果表明,地下广场燃气泄漏的危害主要表现为爆炸和窒息中毒性2方面,爆炸危险性随泄漏孔径增大先增大后减小,窒息中毒性随泄漏孔径增大逐渐增大。不同点火位置的爆炸超压具有时空分布特性:时间上超压初次峰值时刻气云边缘点火产生的爆炸超压峰值远大于气云中心点火和内部点火,且二次峰值明显小于初次峰值;空间上爆炸超压峰值呈中间小边界大分布。结合超压准则及超压分布将地下广场分为4个危险区域,并根据不同区域内损伤差异性制定针对性的技术措施。
To study the leakage and explosion characteristics of gas in the underground square pipeline and put forward targeted prevention and control technology,according to the layout of the gas pipeline in Fuxin underground square,this paper uses FLACS software to establish and simplify the model appropriately,simulates and analyzes the space-time influence law of leakage aperture and ignition position on gas leakage and explosion characteristics,and then puts forward prevention and control technical measures through disaster effect analysis and dangerous area division.The results are as follows:First of all,the hazards of gas leakage in the underground squares are mainly manifested in two aspects:explosion hazard and asphyxiation toxicity.The explosion hazard increases first and then decreases with the leakage aperture.The explosion hazard of 0.08 m leakage aperture is more significant than 0.05 m and 0.10 m.The asphyxiation toxicity increases with the increase of leakage aperture,and the asphyxiation toxicity of the leakage aperture of 0.10 m is more significant than 0.05 m and 0.08 m.In addition,the distribution of explosion overpressure at different ignition positions has the characteristics of the spatial and temporal distribution.In terms of time distribution,the peak value of explosion overpressure produced by ignition at the edge of the gas cloud at the time of the first peak value of overpressure is much larger than that of the center ignition and internal ignition of the gas cloud.Two peaks appear at each ignition position and the second peak is significantly smaller than the first peak.In terms of spatial distribution,the explosion overpressure peak distribution is small in the middle and large at the boundary.Moreover,the underground square is divided into 4 dangerous areas according to the overpressure criterion and the overpressure distribution,and then the corresponding technical measures are formulated according to the damage difference in different areas.
