摘要
人力资源管理作为竞争人才的利器是一大课题。哈佛人力资源管理模式是企业管理的经典模式,应用广泛,但是医院不同于企业,所担任的社会职能不同,不能照搬照用。哈佛人力资源管理模式是一个经典的管理体系,以人为本的理念能否更好运用于医院管理,本文将作一简要探讨。
Human resource management as a sharp tool for talent competition,is a big topic.Harvard human resource management model is a classic model of enterprise management,widely used,but hospitals are different from enterprises,hospitals have different social functions,so it cannot be copied.Generally speaking,Harvard human resource management model is a classic management system.Whether its people-oriented concept can be better applied to hospital management will be briefly discussed in this paper.
