摘要
目的评估模拟心电门控技术用于3岁以下儿童心脏CT检查的的可行性。方法回顾性分析接受心脏CT检查的100例3岁以下先天性心脏病患儿,其中50例以儿童真实心电门控(真实心电组)、50例以模拟心电门控(模拟心电组)进行扫描;比较组间图像质量主观评分,包括解剖结构显示评分、光束硬化伪影评分及整体图像质量评分。结果2组图像质量均符合要求。真实心电组解剖结构显示评分2(2,3)、光束硬化伪影评分3(2,3)、整体图像质量评分4(3,5),模拟心电组分别为2(2,2)、2(2,3)、4(4,5),组间差异均无统计学意义(Z=0.259、1.424、0.373,P=0.796、0.154、0.709)。结论模拟心电门控技术可用于3岁以下儿童心脏CT检查。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of simulated electrocardiogram(ECG)-gated technology applicated in cardiac CT scanning in children under 3 years old.Methods Totally 100 children under 3 years old with congenital cardiac diseases who received cardiac CT examinations(50 underwent real ECG gating[real ECG group]and 50 underwent simulated ECG gating[simulated ECG group])were retrospectively analyzed.The subjective scores of imaging quality,including anatomical structure display score,beam-hardening artifact and overall image quality score were evaluated and compared between groups.Results The imaging quality of both groups met the requirements of clinical diagnosis.The anatomical structure display score was 2(2,3),the beam hardening artifact score was 3(2,3)and the overall image quality score was 4(3,5)in real ECG group,while those of simulated ECG group was 2(2,2),2(2,3)and 4(4,5),respectively.No significant difference of the above scores was found between groups(Z=0.259,1.424,0.373,P=0.796,0.154,0.709).Conclusion Simulated ECG-gated technology could be used in cardiac CT of children under 3 years old.
