干旱胁迫对不同苜蓿种质苗期抗旱性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】探明不同苜蓿种质的苗期抗旱性,为抗旱性较强的基因筛选及新疆和类似地区的牧草种植提供参考。【方法】采用室内盆栽,利用隶属函数法计算不同干旱胁迫〔正常浇水量(土壤相对含水量70%)、轻度干旱胁迫(土壤相对含水量55%)、中度干旱胁迫(土壤相对含水量40%)和重度干旱胁迫(土壤相对含水量25%)〕下室内盆栽5个苜蓿种质(新牧4号、中苜3号、歌纳、A-17和D-23)苗期的生长、生理和光合指标(抗旱性指标)的隶属函数值,并对各种质的抗旱性进行综合评价。【结果】新牧4号的生长、生理和光合指标隶属函数值为0.162~0.507,平均0.404,以生理指标的SPAD值最大,光合指标的水分利用效率最小;中苜3号各指标隶属函数值为0.230~0.733,平均0.419,以生长指标的根冠比最大,光合指标的水分利用效率最小;歌纳各指标隶属函数值为0.272~0.591,平均0.449,以生理指标的相对电导率最大,脯氨酸最小;A-17各指标隶属函数值为0.183~0.537,平均0.398,以生理指标的SPAD值最大,丙二醛最小;D-23各指标隶属函数值为0.145~0.557,平均0.414,以光合指标的水分利用效率最大,生理指标的相对电导率最小;根据隶属函数值的平均值,5个不同苜蓿种质苗期抗旱性依次为歌纳>中苜3号>D-23>新牧4号>A-17。【结论】歌纳的苗期抗旱性最好,可用于抗旱基因的筛选,并可在干旱地区进行大规模种植。 【Objective】It aimed to study the drought resistance of different Medicago falcata L.at seedling stage,to screen genes from M.falcata with stronger drought resistance and to provide reference for forage cultivation in Xinjiang and similar areas.【Method】The indoor potted experiment and membership function method were used to calculate the membership values of growth,physiology and photosynthetic indexes(related to drought resistance)of five M.falcata germplasms at seedlings stage,and to comprehensively evaluate the drought-resistant ability of different M.falcata germplasms.【Result】The membership function values of growth,physiological and photosynthetic indexes of Xinmu 4 were 0.162-0.507(average 0.404),among which the SPAD value of physiological index was the biggest,while the value of water use efficiency from photosynthetic index was the smallest.The membership values of growth,physiological and photosynthetic indexes of Zhongmu 3 were 0.230-0.733(average 0.419),among which root-crown ratio of photosynthetic index was the biggest,while the value of water use efficiency from photosynthetic index was the smallest.The membership values of growth,physiological and photosynthetic indexes of Gena were 0.272-0.591(average 0.449),among which the relative conductivity of physiological index was the biggest,while its value of proline was the smallest.The membership values of growth,physiological and photosynthetic indexes of A-17 were 0.183-0.537(average 0.398),among which the SPAD value of physiological index was the biggest,while its value of MDA was the smallest.The membership values of growth,physiological and photosynthetic indexes of D-23 were 0.145-0.557(average 0.414),among which the index of water use efficiency of photosynthetic index was the biggest,while the relative conductivity of physiological index was the smallest.According to the average value of membership value,the drought resistance of 5 M.falcata germplasms showed as Gena>Zhongmu 3>D-23>Xinmu 4>A-17.【Conclusion】Gena had the best drou
