摘要
为了研究复掺硅灰对铬渣混凝土耐久性能的改善效果,设计不同的微铬渣粉和硅灰掺量,采用试验研究的方法进行。结果表明:微铬渣粉的掺入,降低了混凝土的耐久性,其抗氯离子渗透、抗碳化和抗冻融的性能均变差。一定掺量下,复掺硅灰增加,其抗氯离子渗透和抗冻融的性能均逐渐增强。掺入10%硅灰,氯离子扩散速率降至7.8×10-12 m 2/s,掺入5%硅灰,28d碳化深度降至7.9mm。复掺硅灰,可以提高混凝土的抗碳化性能,掺入5%硅灰,抗碳化性能最好。
In order to study the improvement effect of polysilica ash on the durability of chromium slag concrete,different amounts of micro-chromium slag powder and silica ash were designed and carried out by experimental research.The results show that the incorporation of microchromium slag powder reduces the durability of concrete,and its resistance to chloride ion penetration,carbonization resistance and freeze-thaw resistance deteriorates.Under a certain dosage,the polysilica ash increased,and its resistance to chloride ion penetration and freeze-thaw resistance were gradually enhanced.When 10%silica ash is incorporated,the chloride ion diffusion rate is reduced to 7.8×10-12 m 2/s,doped with 5%silica ash,28d carbonization depth to 7.9mm。Mixed silica ash can improve the carbonization resistance of concrete,and the addition of 5%silica ash has the best carbonization resistance.
