摘要
目的通过对山西省2所院校硕士研究生论文参考文献著录问题的探讨,归纳出常见的错误类型并制定相关策略。方法随机选取2015—2020年山西省2所医学院校A和B的硕士研究生论文各30篇作为研究资料,比较2所院校的参考文献作者姓名著录、题名著录、期刊名称著录、年-卷-期号页码的著录和参考文献类型及代码著录等问题。结果在A和B 2所院校在参考文献主要责任者著录上的比较,B院校硕士论文参考文献主要责任者姓名著录错误率低于A院校,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在英文文献中,2所院校在主要责任者姓名著录都有错误,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在文献主要责任者著录数量上2所院校之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。2所院校在文献题名著录方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在区分中英文文献时,在英文文献题名著录错误方面,2所院校之间存在差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。2所院校在文献期刊名称著录问题上差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);在英文文献期刊名称著录上,2所院校的硕士研究生均出现错误,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在年卷期数和页码著录问题上,2所院校差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在标点符号问题上,2所院校间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。2所院校的硕士研究生在参考文献类型及代码著录问题上存在代码漏写的情况,但2所院校间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论2所院校硕士研究生论文参考文献的著录问题上都存在较多的不规范问题,针对不同的问题采取不同的策略,来提升论文的质量.
Objective To identify common types of errors in reference citation in the master′s thesis of two medical schools in Shanxi Province and develop relevant strategies to address them.Methods Thirty master′s thesis from each of the two medical schools(A and B)in Shanxi Province from 2015 to 2020 were randomly selected as research materials.Reference citation issues were compared,including author name citation,title citation,journal name citation,year-volume-issue-page number citation,and reference type and code citation.Results The rate of author name citation errors in reference citation was lower in school B than in school A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in name citation errors in English-language literature(P>0.05),but there was a statistically significant difference in the number of citations(P<0.001).There was a significant difference between the two schools in terms of title citation in reference citation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).There was a statistically significant difference in English-language literature title citation errors between the two schools(P<0.001).There was a statistically significant difference between the two schools in terms of journal name citation(P<0.001),both schools had errors in journal name citation for English-language literature,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).There was no difference between the two schools in terms of year,volume,issue,and page number citation(P>0.05),there was a statistically significant difference in the punctuation of page number citation between the two schools(P<0.001).There were code omissions in the reference citation of master′s thesis from both schools,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two schools(P>0.05).Conclusion The master′s thesis from the two schools showed many non-standard issues with reference citation.Different strategies should be adopted to improve the quality of papers.
