摘要 为提高国家自主贡献力度,我国采取有力的政策和措施,提出CO_(2)排放力争于2030年前达到峰值,努力争取2060年前实现碳中和的战略目标,这一目标可积极推进玻璃行业能源结构调整和技术进步,最大限度减少化石能源使用带来的环境负担,加快玻璃行业能源结构转型。从玻璃全产业链进行碳排放分析,在产业链的上游,通过优化原料、燃料结构,改进燃烧制度,优化窑炉结构设计,降低能源消耗,达到节能减排的作用;在中游,采用先进的深加工技术,尽可能最大限度地进行余热回收;在下游,利用玻璃在建筑、光伏发电、风力发电等方面的节能减排作用,充分挖掘玻璃全产业链的节能减排潜力,可为“双碳”目标下我国玻璃行业能源结构转型以及健康发展提供新思路。 China proposed the strategic goal of carbon peaking in 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality in 2060.This goal can actively promote the energy structure adjustment and technological progress of the glass industry,minimize the environmental burden caused by the use of fossil energy,and accelerate the transformation of the energy structure of the glass industry.Carbon emission analysis from the whole glass industry chain,in the upstream of the industry chain,through optimizing the structure of raw materials and fuels,improving the combustion system,and optimizing the structural design of kilns to reduce energy consumption and achieve the role of energy saving and emission reduction;in the midstream,using advanced deep processing technology to maximize waste heat recovery as much as possible;in the downstream,using the role of glass in energy saving and emission reduction in construction,photovoltaic power generation,wind power generation,etc.This can provide new ideas for the transformation of energy structure and healthy development of China's glass industry under the goal of“double carbon”.
