摘要
脉冲射频(pulsed radiofrequency, PRF)是一种对神经不造成永久性损伤的神经调控技术,目前已经广泛应用于神经病理性疼痛、伤害感受性疼痛和癌性疼痛的治疗。虽然PRF的疗效已经在临床上得到验证,但具体的镇痛机制仍不十分明确。本文梳理了目前PRF常见的细胞和分子机制研究进展,以期为今后基础和临床研究提供指导,也为临床优化治疗方案提供参考依据。
Pulsed radiofrequency(PRF)is a neuromodulation that does not cause irreversible damage to the nerves.It has been widely used in neuropathic pain,nociceptive pain,and cancer related pain.Although the efficacy of PRF has been clinically validated,its specific analgesic mechanism is still not very clear.This article reviews the current research progress on the common cellular and molecular mechanisms of PRF,with the aim of providing guidance for future basic research and reference for optimizing clinical treatment plans.
