摘要
论文研究了高速公路传统的拥堵缓解管理方式,分析了人工方式与自动化方式存在的不足之处,提出了将智能交通平台应用在高速公路拥堵缓解中,通过高速公路路况与车流量的动态监测、交通运行特征挖掘、拥堵过程模拟、交通时空资源失衡问题诊断与资源智能调控等,实现了高速公路交通时空资源的高效、均衡利用,有效缓解高速公路的拥堵问题。
The thesis has studied the traditional congestion relief management method of motorways,analyzed the shortcomings of manual and automated methods,and proposed the application of intelligent transportation platform in motorway congestion relief.Through dynamic monitoring of motorway road conditions and traffic flow,traffic operation characteristics mining,congestion process simulation,traffic time and space resource imbalance diagnosis and resource intelligent control,etc.,it achieves the efficient and balanced use of spatial and temporal resources of motorway traffic,and effectively alleviates the congestion problem of motorway.
