摘要
基于空间计量和面板分位数回归模型,研究数字经济发展背景下,科技人才集聚对区域创新能力的空间溢出效应和边际效应。研究结果表明:科技人才集聚可以显著促进区域创新能力的提高,且创新水平越高的区域作用效果越强。通过加入交互项的回归结果发现,数字经济能显著促进科技人才集聚对区域创新能力的影响,且对周边区域的创新能力具有空间溢出效应。随着区域创新水平的提高,从专利数量上看,数字经济对科技人才创新的正向调节效应呈先升后降的倒U型趋势;从专利价值总量上看,数字经济对科技人才创新的正向调节效应在不断加强。基于此,提出各地政府应着力打造科技人才集聚区、加强数字经济基础建设、重视区域间创新协作等建议,以推动当地的科技创新发展。
Based on spatial measurement and panel quantile regression model,the spatial spillover effect and marginal effect of sci-tech talents agglomeration on regional innovation ability were studied under the background of digital economy development.The results show that the agglomeration of sci-tech talents can significantly promote the improvement of regional innovation ability,and the higher the innovation level is,the stronger the effect is.The regression results of adding interaction items show that digital economy can significantly promote the influence of sci-tech talents agglomeration on regional innovation capability,and has a spatial spillover effect on the innovation capability of surrounding regions.With the improvement of regional innovation level,from the perspective of patent number,the positive moderating effect of digital economy on the innovation of sci-tech talents shows an inverted U-shaped trend.From the perspective of total patent value,the positive moderating effect of digital economy on the innovation of sci-tech talents is continuously strengthened.Based on this,it is proposed that local governments should focus on building a gathering area of sci-tech talents,strengthening the infrastructure of digital economy,and attaching importance to regional cooperation on innovation to promote the development of local technological innovation.
