摘要
随着教育数字化转型的发展,高等学历继续教育面临着转型升级机遇。回顾高等学历继续教育的发展历程可知,信息技术始终引领着其变革,且有广泛、深入的实践基础。政策导向、社会需求、技术驱动和个人价值是高等学历继续教育数字化转型的价值所在,针对办学定位不清晰、教学模式创新不足、人才培养质量不高、教育资源不均衡等现实问题,可从宏观、中观和微观等三个层面进行破解。宏观层面以理念先行,准确构建战略地位、功能定位和发展方位,营造数字化转型的办学氛围;中观层面以质量为本,坚持同校同质、完善学习支持服务,探索内涵式发展的数字化转型路径;微观层面以创新为要,依托高校自身优势和社会力量,推动办学体系、教学模式、资源建设和评价标准的“数字化”,以此焕发内生动力,助推高质量发展。
With the development of digital transformation of education,continuing education for higher academic qualifications is faced with the opportunity of transformation and upgrading.Looking back at the development process of higher continuing education,it can be seen that information technology has always led its transformation and has a broad and in-depth practical foundation.Policy orientation,social demand,technology drive and personal values are the values of the digital transformation of higher continuing education.In view of such practical problems as unclear school running orientation,insufficient innovation in teaching mode,low quality of talent training,and unbalanced educational resources,we can solve them from the macro,meso and micro levels.At the macro level,we should put the concept first,to accurately build the strategic position,functional orientation and development orientation,and create a school atmosphere of digital transformation;At the meso level,we should focus on quality,adhering to the same quality of the same school,improving learning support services,and explore the path of connotative development of digital transformation;At the micro level,with the innovation as the key,we should rely on the advantages of universities and social forces to promote the“digitization”of the education system,teaching models,resource construction,and evaluation standards,in order to revitalize internal motivation and promote high-quality development.
