摘要
为推广废弃钢渣在沥青路面中的应用,试验分析废弃钢渣工程特性,合理应用废弃钢渣,在研究废弃钢渣特性基础上,设计了AC-13、AC-20、AC-25钢渣-碎石沥青混合料;进行室内单轴压缩动态模量试验,对比分析钢渣-碎石沥青混合料(试验组)和石灰岩沥青混合料(对照组)的动态模量数值。应用数理统计方法,获得了钢渣-碎石沥青混合料的动态模量代表值。与对照组相比,钢渣-碎石AC-13、AC-20、AC-25沥青混合料的动态模量代表值对应提高了7.93%、11.34%、11.20%。基于废弃钢渣特性设计的钢渣-碎石沥青混合料比石灰岩沥青混合料的动态模量代表值均有提升,实测的钢渣-碎石沥青混合料动态模量代表值可以用于路面结构设计。
In order to promote the application of waste steel slag in asphalt pavement,the engineering characteristics of waste steel slag were tested and analyzed,the waste steel slag was reasonably used,and AC-13,AC-20,AC-25 steel slag-crushed stone asphalt mixtures were designed.Indoor dynamic modulus test was carried out to compare and analyze the dynamic modulus values of steel slag-crushed stone asphalt mixture(test group)and limestone asphalt mixture(control group).The range of dynamic modulus of steel slag-crushed stone asphalt mixture was obtained by using mathematical statistics method.Compared with the control group,the representative values of dynamic modulus of steel slag crushed stone AC-13,AC-20,and AC-25 asphalt mixtures correspondingly increased by 7.93%,11.34%,and 11.20%.The representative values of dynamic modulus of steel slag-crushed stone asphalt mixture designed based on the characteristics of waste steel slag increased compared with that of limestone asphalt mixture.The recommended values of dynamic modulus of steel slag crushed stone asphalt mixture could be used for pavement structure design.
