摘要
目的构建符合高职生理学课程的“操作式条件反射”教学模式,应用于护理(1+1+1)专业生理学教学中。方法随机选取河南护理职业学院2022级护理(1+1+1)专业112名学生作为研究对象,对照组采用传统授课方式,试验组采用基于“操作式条件反射”教学模式进行授课。对两组学生的理论知识以及实验操作进行考核,比较两组学生的考核结果。以问卷的形式比较两组学生倦怠心理变化。结果基于“操作式条件反射”模式下的生理学教学模式可以有效减少学生的倦怠心理,试验组学生的理论和实验考核成绩显著高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“操作式条件反射”模式下的生理学教学模式可以提高学生的各项考核成绩,有效提升生理学教学质量。
Objective Construct the teaching mode of“operant conditioned reflex”which conforms to the physiology course of higher vocational colleges.Applied to the physiology teaching of nursing specialty(1+1+1).Methods 112 students majoring in nursing(1+1+1)of Grade 2022 were randomly selected as research objects,and the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was taught in a teaching mode based on“operant conditioned reflex”.The theoretical knowledge and experimental operation of the two groups of students were assessed,and the assessment results of the two groups of students were compared.The psychological changes of burnout between the two groups were compared by questionnaire.Results The physiology teaching mode based on“operant conditioned reflex”mode can eff ectively reduce students'burnout psychology.The experimental group students'theoretical and experimental test scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The physiology teaching mode based on“operant conditioned reflex”mode can improve students'performance in various tests and eff ectively improve the quality of physiology teaching.
