摘要
课程思政是新时代贯彻落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求。对食品生物化学课程思政进行初步探索和建设,将前沿热点、典范事迹、职业道德和科学素养等四方面思政教育融入教学内容,同时结合学科专业特点,确立基于价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授“三位一体”的课程目标,注重思政教育与专业教育的有效衔接和融合,落实立德树人的根本任务,为为后续思政课程的建设起到一定的引领和示范作用。
Ideological and political education is the inevitable requirement of carrying out the fundamental task of establishing virtue and cultivating people in the new era.Make a preliminary exploration and construction of ideological and political education in food biochemistry course,and integrate ideological and political education in four aspects into the teaching content,namely frontier hot spots,exemplary deeds,professional ethics and scientific literacy.At the same time,combining with the characteristics of disciplines and specialties,the curriculum goal of"trinity"based on value shaping,ability training and knowledge imparts is established.The effective connection and integration of ideological and political education with professional education is emphasized,and the fundamental task of establishing virtue and cultivating people is implemented,which plays a certain leading and demonstration role for the subsequent construction of ideological and political courses.
