摘要
针对某矿通风系统存在变形、漏风的情况,本文对通风机进行了全面的数据测定,利用Ventsim系统,建立全矿井三维通风可视化系统,并布置测试路线及测点。结果表明,矿井总需风量降低为211.167 m^(3)/s,排水点减少了3处,通风系统巷道缩短了2200 m,每年的排水、防尘管路节约了1100 m,产生的经济效益可达319万元/年。
In response to the deformation and air leakage of the ventilation system in a certain mine,this paper conducted a comprehensive data measurement on the ventilation fan.Using the Ventsim system,a three-dimensional ventilation visualization system for the entire mine was established,and testing routes and points were arranged.The results show that the air volume is reduced to 211.167 m^(3)/s,3 drainage points were reduced,the ventilation system roadway was shortened by 2200m,and the annual drainage and dust prevention pipelines were saved by 1100 m,resulting in an economic benefit of 3.19 million yuan per year.
