摘要
目的 测算2016年-2021年安徽省各市医疗服务供给水平,进一步分析其动态演变及空间差异特征,以期为今后安徽省医疗服务的发展规划提供参考,助力安徽省医疗服务体系的发展完善。方法 基于市域视角,从投入、产出和结果 3个维度共选取10项指标,运用熵权法测算安徽省医疗服务供给水平,并通过自然间断点分级法和莫兰指数对其空间异质性与相关性进行分析。结果 在时间维度上,安徽省的医疗服务供给水平在2016年-2021年总体呈现增长趋势,且2019年-2020年间出现跳跃式增长。在空间维度上,皖南地区的医疗服务供给水平相对较高,皖中地区处于中等水平,而皖北地区处于相对较低的状态;地区间存在正向的空间相关性,且相关性强度呈现上升趋势。结论 安徽省医疗服务供给水平总体较优,但地区差异较大,空间协调度有待提高。
l Objective To measure the medical service supply in different cities of Anhui Province from 2016 to 2021 and analyze its dynamic evolution and spatial differences,with an attempt to provide evidence in the planning of medical services in Anhui Province and the optimization of the medical service system in this area.Methods A total of 10 indicators were selected from three dimensions including input,output,and outcome for each city,and the entropy weight method was used to estimate the supply of medical services in Anhui Province.Furthermore,the spatial heterogeneity and correlations were analyzed using the natural breaks and Moran's index.Results In terms of temporal dimension,the medical service supply in Anhui Province experienced an overall upward trend from 2016 to 2021,and there was a leap from 2019 to 2020.In terms of spatial dimension,the medical service supply was relatively high in southern Anhui,medium in central Anhui,and low in northern Anhui.Positive spatial correlations existed among different regions,along with a growing intensity.Conclusions The overall medical service supply in Anhui Province is good;however,there are significant regional differences,and the spatial coordination needs to be improved.
