不同种类矿物质对产蛋后期肉种母鸡生产性能、蛋品质、繁殖性能以及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

Effect of different minerals on production performance,egg quality,reproductive performance and antioxidant capacity of broiler breeder hens at late laying stage

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同种类矿物质对产蛋后期肉种母鸡生产性能、蛋品质、繁殖性能以及抗氧化能力的影响。试验选用50周龄,体重、产蛋率相近,健康的哈伯德父母代白羽肉种母鸡432羽,按随机分组原则分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复24羽。A组(对照组)母鸡饲喂基础日粮+无机微量元素(铜、铁、锌、锰);B组母鸡饲喂基础日粮+无机微量元素+有机微量元素(羟基蛋氨酸螯合铜、铁、锌、锰混合剂);C组母鸡饲喂基础日粮+有机微量元素。预试期7 d,正式试验期56 d。结果显示,各组肉种母鸡产蛋率、平均蛋重、料蛋比、种蛋合格率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组肉种母鸡蛋品质无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,B组、C组种蛋和母鸡血清中的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降(P<0.05);C组种蛋和血清中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于B组,C组种蛋中MDA含量显著低于B组(P<0.05),B组、C组血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)、锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);C组种蛋中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、Mn-SOD活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加有机微量元素替代传统日粮中的高剂量无机微量元素能够满足产蛋后期肉种母鸡的生产需要,能够显著提高产蛋后期肉种母鸡的种蛋合格率和抗氧化能力,且以完全使用有机微量元素效果更佳。 The experiment was designed to study the effect of different minerals on production performance,egg quality,reproductive performance and antioxidant capacity of broiler hens during late laying period.A total of 432 fifty-week-old healthy Hubbard parents'white feathered broiler hens with similar body weight and laying rate were stochastic divided into three groups with six replicates per group and 24 hens per replicate.Hens in group A(control group)were fed with basal diet+inorganic trace elements(copper,iron,zinc,and manganese),hens in group B were fed with based diet+inorganic trace elements+organic trace elements(hydroxymethionine chelates copper,iron,zinc,manganese mixture),and hens in group C were fed with based diet+organic trace elements.The pre-test lasted for 7 d,and the trial period lasted for 56 d.The results showed that there wasno significant difference in laying rate,average egg weight,feed to egg ratio and qualified rate of eggs among all groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in egg quality among all groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the CAT activity in eggs and serum of hens in group B and group C was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the MDA content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The activity of GSH-Px in eggs and serum of group C was significantly higher than that of group B,and the content of MDA in eggs of group C was significantly lower than that of group B(P<0.05).The activity of T-SOD,copper and CuZn-SOD and Mn-SOD in serum of group B and group C were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The activity of T-SOD and Mn-SOD in eggs of group C were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that the replacement of high doses of inorganic trace elements in traditional diets by organic trace elements in diets is able to meet the production needs of broiler breeder hens in the late stage of egg production,significantly improve the seed eligibility and antioxidant capacity of broiler breeder hens in the late stage
