摘要
目的:采用经会阴四维盆底超声评估导乐分娩、常规经阴道分娩对产妇产后盆底功能的影响。方法:将2021年3月至2022年6月武汉大学人民医院的94位足月单胎产妇作为研究对象,其中导乐分娩的孕妇为实验组,常规分娩的孕妇为对照组,产后42 d对两组产妇行经会阴四维盆底超声检查。结果:导乐分娩组产妇膀胱颈移动度、最大Valsalva动作下肛提肌裂孔面积均小于常规分娩组(P<0.05)。结论:导乐分娩可减轻妊娠及分娩导致的盆底功能障碍。
Objective:To assess the impact of Doula delivery on the structure and function of the maternal pelvic floor by using four⁃dimentional transperineal ultrasound.Methods:A total of 94 full⁃term sin⁃gleton parturients of vaginal delivery in the obstetrics department of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan Uni⁃versity from March 2021 to June 2022 were involved in this study.The parturients were divided into the Doula delivery group and ordinary delivery group,and then four⁃dimensional transperineal ultra⁃sound was conducted 42 days after delivery in the two groups.Results:The mobility of the bladder neck and the laceration area of the levator ani muscle in maximum Valsalva's state in the Doula deliv⁃ery group was less than that in the ordinary delivery group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Doula delivery can alleviate pelvic floor dysfunction caused by pregnancy and childbirth.
