Bi(Ni_(0.5)Sn_(0.5))O_(3)改性钛酸铋钠基无铅储能陶瓷的性能研究

摘要 采用固相法制备(1-x)(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5))_(0.94)Ba_(0.06)(Ti_(0.96)Zr_(0.04))O_(3)-x Bi(Ni_(0.5)Sn_(0.5))O_(3)(x=0、0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20)(简称(1-x)NBBTZ-x BNS)陶瓷.研究了(1-x)NBBTZ-x BNS陶瓷的结构,表面形貌,介电性能,储能性能.XRD表明适量BNS可以与NBBTZ陶瓷的晶体结构完美互溶,但过量会产生第二相焦绿石相Bi_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7).介电温谱结果表明(1-x)NBBTZ-x BNS陶瓷表现出弛豫铁电陶瓷的特征,最大介电常数(εm)随BNS含量增加逐渐减小,而εm对应的温度Tm随着BNS含量的增加逐渐增加.当x=0.15时,NBBTZ-BNS陶瓷获得290 kV/cm的击穿电场和4.0 J/cm^(3)的可释放能量密度. (1-x)(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5))_(0.94)Ba_(0.06)(Ti_(0.96)Zr_(0.04))O_(3)-x Bi(Ni_(0.5)Sn_(0.5))O_(3)(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)ceramics were synthesized by solid state method.The structure,microscopic morphology,dielectric properties and energy storage properties of(1-x)NBBTZ-x BNS ceramics were systematically investigated.X-ray diffraction results revealed that the appropriate amount of BNS can perfectly dissolve with the crystal structure of NBBTZ ceramics,but excessive amount will produce the second phase pyrochlore phase(Bi_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7)).Dielectric measurements exhibited a relaxor-like characteristic for the(1-x)NBBTZ-x BNS ceramics,whereεm decreased with the increasing BNS content,and the Tm increased with the increasing BNS content.The dielectric breakdown strength of 290 kV/cm and a releasable energy density of 4.0 J/cm^(3)were achieved in the sample of x=0.15.
